Xanthan Gum ED-J
Coyote Brand Xanthan Gum ED-J is a polysaccharide gum derived from Xanthomonas campestris by an aerobic fermentation process. It is used as a thickening agent or as a stabilizer in food and pharmaceutical applications. The EDJ designation indicates that the product has been manufactured to be easily dispersible through specialized processing.
Coyote Brand Xanthan fully meets all specifications as outlined in the Food Chemicals Codex (FCC -III - Monograph/347-1981) and may be used safely in food as described in the Federal Register (21CFR) paragraph 172.695.
