Stabilizer CKLX-MS
Description
Coyote Brand Stabilizer CKLX-MS is a blend of Carrageenan, Xanthan, Locust Bean Gum, and Konjac. It can be use as a thickener agent and as a gelling agent. Coyote Brand Stabilizer CKLX-MS was developed for use in water gel applications. The synergistic effects obtained from the gum combination make Stabilizer CKLX-MS an excellent fat replacer and binding agent in meat analog products.
