CMC-3000
Description
Coyote Brand CMC-3000 is a medium viscosity Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose. CMC-3000 is intended for use in the food, pharmaceutical and health care industries where a clear, low viscosity semi-gel is required. Typical usage levels are 0.05 - 0.25%. CMC-3000 is insoluble in oil, alcohol, propylene glycol and is dispersible and soluble in hot and cold water.
