Description
Coyote Brand CKX-Fat Replacer was developed for use as a fat replacement. Coyote Brand CKX-Fat Replacer forms a soft fatty like gel upon mixing in cold water using high shear. The blend will form a stronger elastic gel upon heating and cooling.
