Algin SA-HV


Description

Coyote Brand Algin SA-HV is an all natural blend of sodium alginates. Coyote Brand Algin SA-HV is typically used as a thickening agent and to add mouthfeel to food systems. It is cold water soluble and will form a gel in the presence of calcium ions (calcium sulphate, etc.). This gelling function makes it ideal for use in extruded and formed foods. Coyote Brand Algin SA-HV creates more viscosity that Coyote Brand Algin SA.
